I’ve asked engineering to replace many of our system errors with a new classification system that uses an ID prefix, a numeric code and then a letter to indicate the severity of the error. The idea is that errors caused by user input will have a code of Ten and a severity of ‘T’ for terminal. The best part is that the error code will read “ID10T”…What do you think?
