What are the business issues that you need to consider when moving corporate assets into the cloud?

In 2011 when we started the project to move the EMC Content Management products into the cloud the list of issues to be resolved seemed daunting and only vaguely defined. I started blogging about each of the issues and just recently realized that my list of issues was really not so daunting after all.
